AK Apparel’s Terms & Conditions

  1. A $100 deposit is required to begin the design process. This will be deducted from the total of the final order.
  2. When an order is received and prior to production, we need to receive the following:
    • A signed design approval form
    • A signed order form (including all quantities, sizes, and styles)
    • A 50% deposit
  3. The balance of the order must be paid in full prior to shipment from our facility.
  4. Normal production time is 6-8 weeks. Actual production time may vary.
  5. Color swatches are available prior to production at the client’s request.
    Note: This will increase production time.

Packaging final orders

Orders are to be shipped in bulk to a single address and are priced accordingly. If separate shipments to multiple addresses are required, additional costs may incur.

Shipping

Our preferred method and carrier is UPS ground. If you would prefer us to use another carrier, please let us know and provide your shipping number.

Product guarantee

We guarantee top quality fabric and construction from our in-house design, production, and cut and sew teams. Claims of shortages or damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to replace or repair at our discretion.

Cancellation policy

If within 3 days of order placement, a $15 charge will apply if paid via credit card. No charge if paid via check. If a cancellation is made within 3-10 days of order placement, there will be a fee of 15% of the order total, or a $20 minimum charge. After 10 days of order placement, there will be no refund of the 50% deposit.
