When it comes to ordering your custom cycling garments, our goal is to make the ordering process as hassle–free as possible for our valued customers. We will strive to not only meet, but to exceed your quality and design expectations while delivering your custom garments on time.
Please help us make your purchase experience a memorable one by following the process outlined below.
From Start to Finish
- Before ordering, please review our Terms & Conditions. This should help answer any questions you may have. If you still have questions, please call or e-mail us.
- The design and ordering process begins in one of the following ways
- A. Call 1-800-624-1265 to get the order and design processes started. We’ll discuss your needs and design, and let you know where to go from there. Please keep in mind that we normally require 6-8 weeks for custom design work.*
- B. Utilize our online design tools to create your own custom design.
- When you have reached total satisfaction on your design, production is set to begin.
- We receive signed copies of both the approval & order forms.
- We receive 50% deposit prior to production - No exceptions.
- Your jerseys are manufactured – again, in an average 6-8 weeks.
- Your balance is paid.
- Your jerseys are shipped to you directly from our facility.
*Don’t have 6-8 weeks? Give us a call anyway. Based on our production load, we might be able to work something out for you.
